What's the benefit over hiring a full-time designer/video producer?
For starter, the cost of a full-time senior creative is way over €60.000, plus benefits. Besides this, you might not have enough work to keep them busy all year round, so you’re stuck paying for the time you don’t use.
With the monthly packages, you can subscribe for a package and always scale up or down based on the amount of work you foresee.
What's the benefit over hiring a freelancer?
There are many benefits in working on a subscription model over hiring for each project separately. For example, freelancers might not be available, it’s always a hit or miss when you find different freelancers for different projects, it takes time to learn each others working styles and it takes time for them to get familiar with your brand.
With us, you get dedicated time per month that it’s just for you so we’ll be available anytime you need us. We integrate in your current processes and make the process as smooth as possible for you, plus there’s consistency on everything that we deliver. On a long term it definitely pays off to work with teevee 📺
Is there a limit on the amount of requests?
We are driven by flexibility. There’s no limit and we’ll plan together the execution of everything you need, and we’ll action them one by one.
If this impacts the amount of hours of your subscription, for example if you purchased our starter package of 10 hours per week, and you have more work, we’ll charge at a flat hourly rate of 100€ for every extra hour.
If you foresee the amount of work going up the next month, we can scale up to the bigger package. Same the other way around, from one month to the other we can scale down from 80 hours to 40 hours or pause until you need the service again.
How fast will the work be done?
There’s no straight forward answer to this. It really depends on the request.
Designs are on average from one day to another, sometimes same day.
Video editing are on average turned around in two days, and revisions same day or the next day.
Larger projects are broken down and planned out together (think shooting a video and then editing it) or a website project. But you should always expect an update or reasonable amount of work every 24-48 hours until we are done with the project.
What programs/software/platforms do you use?
For recording we use Sony cameras in combination with iPhone 15 Pro Max, depending on the request.
For editing and processing we use the Adobe Creative Suite.
For websites we focus on WordPress but we are happy to develop on Wix, SquareSpace, Duda and/or Webflow.
How do I pause/stop a subscription?
Usually we agree ahead of time on a subscription period but we understand that you might not have enough work every month. If you want to take a break, we can pause at the end of each month. The billing will be done for the subscription period and you can use the remaining period anytime in the future without paying for it again.
How do I submit a request?
In short, however it is easier for you. We usually propose having a weekly short meeting where we discuss what happened last week, what are current projects and discuss upcoming work. If anything else pops up, you can anytime text us through the platform that you are familiar with (Teams, Slack, WhatsApp, etc…)
What if I only have a project and don't need the monthly subscription?
That’s fine for us, we can schedule a call and discuss what exactly do you need and based on that we’ll provide a quote and suggest a way forward.
Are there any refunds or cancellation fees?
Due to the nature of work, there will not be any refunds but we’ll stop the subscription package you’re on the moment you request. This has never happened to us so in case this will come up, we’ll figure the best way forward together.
Regarding cancellation, whenever you want you can downscale, upscale, pause or stop the subscription.
